| Assessment | Free | Moving Matters offer a no obligation free initial assessment so that we can discuss your ideas and requirements to help you do just that. An initial assessment is a basic review of the property to determine what requirements are necessary. At this stage there is no diagnosis or remedies for problem areas, rather an overall guide to decide what work is required. |
| Consultation | £70 per hr | A consultation can give the seller clear direction as to what action to take concerning different areas of the home. We can discuss the best value options to improve the sales potential and the selling price of the home. Colour schemes, layout of rooms, position of furniture, re-decoration, presentation of rooms and cleaning are all areas that helpful suggestions can be made. |
| De-Cluttering | £60 per hr | Support is offered on how to reclaim space by de-cluttering. Advice is also given on recycling, storage and moving any unwanted furniture and effects. |
| Design Report |
£200 (3 bed house) |
Detailed report that aims to assess the property and to review it through the eyes of potential buyers. Observation and recommendations of remedial actions will be suggested that will result in maximising the value of the property and speed of sale. The report will cover; profile of your street, street house prices and the target market. |

A mood board is a visual interpretation of the clients requirements and will be presented for the client to keep. Different pictures and samples can be gathered of furniture, lighting, wall and floor treatments to give an ideal of how they look together. |
| Room Make-Over | from £300 per room. | Moving Matters offer a one day room re-design. We can utilise furniture, pictures, cushions and artwork belonging to the client to create a new look. |
